Winter Walk in the Flats

This past weekend was gorgeous, weather wise, for February in Wisconsin. Highs in the upper 30’s, close to 40F (4.4C). Blue skies. Glorious sun. February Weird

On February 22, 2017, when the normal average temperature in Northeast Wisconsin is about 29 degrees Farenheit (-1.67 C), the thermometer was reading about 62. Weird.
