Becca Bundy always wanted to give back to volunteer firefighter Bill Cox, who once saved her daughter’s life. She did just that thanks to a chance encounter at a Northern Minnesota bar, when she learned that he needed a kidney transplant.
There is not a story to read, only a video to watch.

It is wonderful that she was able to help him out. Thanks for sharing this story, Ms. Mary and for being a part of #WATWB.
You’re welcome, Lynn. It was a wonderful act of love and selflessness.
Nice story, but not much by way of M-J input. [grin]
I know, M-R. Ran out of time, so had to cut my commentary short.
I forgive yer. Big deal, eh ? 😉
From you, it’s a very big deal. 😺
This is a wonderful story. The video is touching, what an amazing thing to do.
I don’t know if I could give up a kidney to anyone other than family or a close friend, so I find this act so magnanimous and inspiring.
Agreed
I’m smiling 🙂 There are indeed angels everywhere! Thanks Mary, this is truly lovely.
Thanks Susan. There are more many more angels like this and for that, life is grateful.
What an amazing story! It looks like their paths crossed for a reason. Thanks so much for sharing this and for being a part of #WATWB! 🙂
I’m glad the reason their paths cossed was to save a life and become friends connected by giving hearts. Amazing people!
What an inspiring story. I admire that young mother; she’s an angel herself. How lovely that she chose to give back this way. Thanks for sharing:)
You’re welcome, Liz. Always happy to share these positive stories.
Hi Mary – what an incredible co-incidence … and in such a relatively remote area. Just wonderful to know the transplant was successful and they are now family as such … thanks for letting us know about these angels … cheers Hilary
I hope they both live very long lives, Hilary. Both are so deserving!
So true … as is the little girl – so pleased it’s all had a happy outcome … cheers Hilary
