One-Liner Wednesday: Flies

“Time’s fun when you’re having flies.”

That’s what the frog says.

Considering a schedule that’s been busy and will continue to be through the month of December, I’d consider a little down time with Kermie. He can catch flies and I’ll catch my breath.

      Yep, on a nice, warm fall day with nothing but pleasant thoughts and a hot thermos of coffee. Dreaming…

      Yes and no. I have a retirement party on Friday; helping with small children at church Sunday afternoon; helping with shopping and wrapping gifts for needy families the following Saturday; two more retirement parties; cookie baking extravaganza weekend; potluck at work; brother and girlfriend coming for the holidays. Do you think that’s enough or should I add something else?

  2. Funny, I have a collection of Muppets and am looking at Kermit as I read this and laughed. I have also been so busy with life and now just finally posting and commenting on blogs. Hope all is well.
