“I would maintain that thanks are the highest form of thought, and that gratitude is happiness doubled by wonder.”
~G.K. Chesterton~
As a co-host of the 2016 Cherished Blogfest, I wanted to thank all of the bloggers who participated in this year’s event. Everyone had a fabulous story to tell and an awesome, cherished item to share. If I did not make it to your post, I apologize for my absence and will stop by during the week to catch up. I hope you enjoyed #CBF16, writing about your own cherished item and reading about those of others. Your cherished items have been fascinating, unique, diverse, and wonderfully presented. I am thankful and grateful that you took time out of your busy schedules to join in on this annual blogfest.
You had fun and will be back next year…right?
Of course you will!
I also want to give a shout-out and big THANKS to Dan Antion at No Facilities, who orchestrated this event (I think I owe him a beer and a new tool) and to co-hosts Damyanti Biswas, Peter Nena, Cheryl Pennington and Kate Powell, who helped the CBF16 team to annoy encourage everyone to join in with their blog posts and Twitter conversations. They rock to the max. Rock stars, all of them.
Have an awesome Monday and week, keep on blogging, and see you next year for CBF17.
Thanks Mary. I would like to add my thanks to you guys for all your help and to everyone who shared a story.
You are welcome, Dan! 😀
meeee tooooooo
Okaaaaayyyyy! 🙂
You guys did a fantastic job. The blogs were wonderful, too! I loved the diversity. Yes, I will be back for this wonderful annual event.
Thanks Lois, I’m glad you had a good time with the blogfest. Dan really was our fearless leader and I don’t know that this would have happened without him.
Hi, Mary – Thanks for co-hosting. This was my first blogfest and I LOVED it! I will definitely be back next year!

You are welcome Donna. I’m glad you enjoyed being part of Cherished Blogfest. If you haven’t joined the CBF blog page yet, you may want to do so. There may be some activity throughout the coming year, leading up to CBF17. Thanks again for participating.

I’m yet to catch up with them all but congratulations on a wonderful event. (I know. There were… reasons. And not many of them had anything to do with busyness. I’m considering writing it when I feel able and putting it aside for next year. 🙂 )
Not to worry. I was so busy over the weekend that I didn’t get to all of the posts. It’s probably going to take me the rest of this week.
