On the menu today: Journeys, limericks, and alliteration.
They traveled far and wide, on a concrete road
Past the mountains, along the coast, the beauty of an ode
Two wheels under the seat
Carried them in a forward feat
Iron motor moving to the music of a rider’s adventure told
(Today’s response to 201 Poetry is an homage to my former days as a biker chick. I miss the journeys.)
It makes me feel, as if am the rider being described…nice one really 🙂

Thank you! It is easy to imagine as I’ve been there – wind in hair, bugs in teeth, the sound of the engine. And, yes, you will hear more whether you are willing or not! 😉

Wish I had a bike to get out on the open road….
You and me both, although I think we’d have to wait a couple of months to ride.
